Esimit Evolution s.r.l was established in Gorizia in 2001 with the main aim of promoting and popularising of the sport of sailing.

The founding partners are Igor Simčič and his son Simon.

In the same year, the sailing boat “Riviera di Rimini” was bought, which was then renamed into Esimit Europa.

From 2001 to 2009, Esimit Europa took part in the Barcolana regatta and in other sailing competitions in the Adriatic Sea.

In 2010, thanks to the business skills of the Simčičs, Esimit Evolution s.r.l established an exclusive work relationship with Cinkarna Celje d.d., dealing with the trade of titanium dioxide on the Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese markets. Simon Simčič takes care personally of this activity.

In the same year, Esimit Evolution s.r.l undertook a new activity in the field of marketing and public relations upon signing a contract of collaboration with Esimit Europa Ltd. Esimit Evolution s.r.l therefore deals with marketing services, event management, communication, public relations and, on a general line, with everything connected to the promotion and dissemination of the activities carried out by Esimit Europa Ltd. Lien Simčič, already administrator of Esimit Evolution s.r.l since 2009, takes care personally of the management and organisation of this sector.
